Pricing:

• Price per week: $480.24 including HST

• 50% payment is required at time of registration ($240.13 including HST)

• Registration and full payment is due 30 days prior to the selected camp week

2023 Camp Dates:

• July 17-21, 2023 

• August 7-11, 2023 

• August 21-25, 2023

Refunds:

• Refunds will be given up until 30 days before the start of the program

  • July 17-21, 2023 (cancellation due by June 17 2023)

  • August 7-11, 2023 (cancellation due by July 8, 2023)

  • August 21-25, 2023 (cancellation due by July 22, 2023)

• All refunds will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee per camper, per week

• No refunds will be provided after the cancellation deadline for each week unless the participant is injured prior to the start of the program and a doctor's note may be required at the discretion of the Coordinator
