Boarding

Vanbrook Equestrian is located just south of Acton, Ontario on 80 acres of fields and trees on a quiet side road. The barn has over 30 plus stalls (12 x 12) with rubber matting. The main barn has large, airy stalls with a high ceiling for air flow (constructed by Post). The tackroom is heated with large lockers for security and care of your equipment. The barn has two wash stalls with hot and cold running water. Hay is stored in a separate barn for air quality and safety. ​ The farm has two indoor arenas with a sand mix footing. The arenas are 80 x 180 and 70 x 140. A heated viewing lounge looks over both arenas. The large, heated lounge has seating and an indoor washroom. The outdoor ring is huge with a sand base footing (160 x 360). There is access to the back fields for hacking and just to relax. The barn manager is located on site.

Indoor Board:

Indoor Board includes:

  • 12 x 12 rubber matted stall

  • Daily mucking out and bedding

  • Turnout in fields or individual paddocks with hay and water

  • Individualized feeding program (grain 2x day / hay 3x day)

  • Note: blanketing and booting is NOT included in the cost of board however, may be added for an additional $35/month

Indoor Board with one group lesson/week: $895.00 + HST

Outdoor Board:

  • Large field access in a group setting

  • Unlimited hay and water

  • Access to barn ammenities

Outdoor Board with one group lesson/week: $625.00 + HST

Outdoor Board without lesson: $475.00 + HST

Outdoor Board with grain: $575.00 + HST

Outdoor Board with one group lesson/week and grain: $725.00 + HST

**For security purposes jumping is only allowed during lessons**

**Lessons must be made up within 2 months unless otherwise discussed**

**Lessons may also be traded for training rides or longing sessions**
